Automatic Bamboo Toothpick Making Machine

The automatic bamboo toothpick making machine  is used to produce two sharped bamboo toothpicks, we can also produce single sharped toothpick, a sharped and one figure  bamboo toothpicks,  to meet different customer needs. This bamboo toothpick production line can produce 600,000 toothpicks within 8 hours, about 80kilgram.

The entire bamboo toothpick production line need about 5-7 people to operate. Power of machine nees is 380V industrial power, the actual production of electricity consumption per hour about 12 degrees. Every 100 kilograms of fresh (wet) bamboo, can produce toothpicks 14 million with2.0*65mm specifications, about 18 kg of dry finished toothpicks.
